Yes. Many of our clients handle everything by phone, text or email. We deliver new Cadillac vehicles free, one way, anywhere in the lower 48 states. Delivery doesn't include picking up a trade-in.

Yes. The price you see includes our fees, and we don't add dealer add-ons. Tax, title and registration are extra.

Yes. Choose your model, trim, color and options, and we'll place the factory order. A $500 deposit secures it, and it's fully refundable.

Yes. A fully refundable $500 deposit holds a vehicle from our inventory.

No. It ended for vehicles acquired after September 30, 2025. We don't offer separate store EV incentives. For tax questions, talk with your tax professional. Current Cadillac offers are on our specials page.

Credit cards and personal checks. We can't accept out-of-state checks.

Submit our online Product Cancellation Request form. The refund comes from the product's provider and usually arrives within a few weeks of us receiving your form.

Yes. We offer Cadillac loaners and a shuttle. Loaners must be reserved, so ask for one when you book your appointment.

Yes. Rusty Drewing Cadillac is an authorized Cadillac dealer for sales, service, parts and warranty repairs. Cadillac warranty work has to be done at a Cadillac dealership, and we service every Cadillac, wherever it was bought.

Your first service visit in the first year is complimentary. It covers an oil and filter change on gas models, a tire rotation and a multi-point inspection. At every visit, we also top off your fluids.

Yes. If you have the fob, the cost is minimal. If we need to supply a new one, it costs more, so ask us for a quote.

Yes. Our team includes several EV-certified technicians who service LYRIQ, OPTIQ, VISTIQ and ESCALADE IQ, including software updates. Your EV goes back to you charged.

Yes. 2027 Cadillac EVs and the 2026 OPTIQ have a built-in NACS port. Other models through 2026 need a NACS adapter, and we can order one for you. Energy Pass in the myCadillac app also covers ChargePoint, Electrify America and IONNA stations.

On equipped models, yes. 2025 and newer Cadillac vehicles include a three-year trial. After that, you can keep Super Cruise by purchasing a plan in the myCadillac app.

Range depends on temperature, speed and driving, so we won't promise a number. For the most winter range, pre-warm your Cadillac while it's still plugged in.

A 172-point inspection, Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned limited warranty coverage and two keys. Full coverage terms are at cadillac.com.

Every pre-owned vehicle we sell passes a 172-point inspection. Any warranty coverage is listed on the vehicle's Buyers Guide, and extended service contracts are available.

Certified Pre-Owned vehicles come with two. Most others have a second key, but we can't guarantee one on a non-certified vehicle, so ask before you buy.
